Motherhood isn’t meant to be approached like a ‘one size fits all’ t-shirt. It’s messy, it’s raw, it’s exhausting, it’s exhilarating, but mostly it’s unique. In fact, motherhood is as unique as the individuals who we share it with and we shouldn’t want it any other way.
On Motherhood…

Dear Mom,
You believe very strongly that natural childbirth is the best method for delivery and are glad that you made that choice for your birth plan.

Keep on believing in your beliefs. You do you. No matter what others say, you know what’s right for your family. Instead of tearing each other down, let’s build each other up. Let’s stop being our own worst enemies.
The change you find is within you. Start there and move forward. For many of us, our beliefs are a big part of who we are, but that doesn’t mean all other beliefs are wrong, just different than your own. Educate others when needed, give advice when appropriate, offer a helping hand to those in need.
